The following are some of the most frequently asked questions we get from customers, if there is a question you have that is not listed, please feel free to Contact Us.

Do I have to send a deposit? Yes...a deposit is required to protect both the client and South Jersey DJ's. Normally a $50 deposit is suitable for any job under $400. A deposit of $100 is required for any job over $400.

Is our deposit refundable if we cancel? If you cancel your job more than a month before the specified date of your event, then yes, we will gladly send back your deposit. Any cancellations within 30 days of your event will not receive a refund on the deposit.

Why would I not get a refund if I cancel within 30 days of my event? Because there will be very little opportunity for South Jersey DJ's to book another event in that short amount of time.

Will we be able to request specific music? Without a doubt, the answer to this question is YES. When we send out your contract, there will be a section for any special requests. Please let us know in advance just in case we need to purchase the song, or download it from our database.

How many DJ's will be at my event? There will always be two South Jersey DJ's Representatives at your event. One will be the DJ and the other will be the MC.
